Bajaj Finance — Abusing Language used by the Recovery Agent of the Bank | |||
I have taken a consumer loan from Bajaj Finance and I have been paying the installment on time, but on one occasion because of the fault of the Bajaj Finance one of my EMI got bounced but still I made the payment. Today around 3 pm I received a call from Bajaj Finance (number [protected] rohith ) and the person on the other side told me to pay the installment, when I said that before calling you should confirm with your accounts department whether the payments has been received or not, at this he became very abusive and started to abuse my family women members. In spite of telling him to check the matter from his side he was very rude and threatening in his attitude. I find this attitude of the employee of the Bajaj Finance very threatening and is giving mental tension, I want to file a complaint against the Bajaj Finance Company, its Directors and the employee. I submit before you the recording of the call as evidence. Sir, I Pray, File a FIR against the Directors of the Bajaj Finance Company, all its Directors and the Employee Immediately.
