Bajaj Finance — Auto debit of closed accounts charges

I have close Bajaj finance emi card after using it for buying phone. I have been charged once then I recalled card is active so I called Bajaj and asked to close and deactivate the card then after 4-6 month I received message that I have to pay for card annual fees which I already have deactivated and this is third time I have received message and got message from my bank that debit request declined as I have close of bank account. Need help with this.
