I was sent below msg through mail more than 10 times . no response

Any way find attach here with my loan account numbers. and bank statement./ screen shot
Loan Account No : 555PST 27909588 and 621 PMTEW868967

Pls note amount debited twice in my account. August 5 :RS.4614and august 13th RS.4716.
