Bajaj Finance — Bajaj Finance EMI Card mis-selling and fee charged without approval

LAN Number – 580SCE85245561

I purchased Sofa recliner from Home Center in 2018 and put it on EMI of 6 months. At that time I was not informed that this will issue a credit card with annual fees.
The EMI was duely completed in 6 months, however, Bajaj Finance has been using the same autodebit mandate for EMI payment on my Kotak Bank account after 3 years for charging annual fees of this EMI credit card. This is clearly cheating. I neither signed up for a card with annual fees nor approved debit from my account for this fees.

Moreover, I the company says fees is being charged for non-usage of the card. Where actually I dont even have a physical credit card of this account so there is no way I can use it either. They only have a LAN Account number in their system for charging my account annually.

I would like to take refund of my annual fees charged last year and close this fraud credit card account before 10th october when the next annual fees will be debited from my account.
