Bajaj Finance — Cancellation of CPP assistance policy

I received a message that my account has been debited for Rs. 750/-.
On checking the Bajaj Fin Serve application, I got to know that the amount has been debited against the CPP assistance policy (which I had not purchased).
How can you add the the paid policy without my consent and then charge me for it?

Please cancel the policy on immediate basis and refund the debited amount.
