Bajaj Finance — Collection agent harassment and bad language

I have been an old customer and bought a lot of products from this service. But because of demonetisation i was not able to pay just 6000rs out of 22000rs. There collection agents use bad language which can't be said. And also treatens u. And almost use a very bad language. Why this we should place it's by the collection manager. What is happening.

Frequent calling from costumer executive of bajaj Finance for personnel loan .
i have refuse them 20-25 times. and request each of them to put my number in do not call service. but still i have to face that unwanted calls from Bajaj Finance.
