Respected sir/mam, Myself Rashmi Rani and this is my loan number 401cddhn144610 and I would like to file a complaint against one of your staff member or telecaller, actually one of my Feburary installment get bounced because I don't have money in my account, so i asked for some time till 15 Feburary and they said okay but after some time a random staff member of yours threating me to pay the dues and misbehaving with me I asked some time so he started to abused me. In a nutshell, I would like to file a complaint against him I don't know his name but his number is [protected] and he's saying pay the dues because I'm from jagatpur. Im requesting you to take action against him. Thank you
