Bajaj Finance — ecs mandate not complied / my credit score affected | |||||
Loan account no. 4000cd69496666, inspite of executing ecs mandate at the time of availing emi facility and also maintaining sufficient balance in my sb account my 1st as well as 2nd emi not executed through ecs mode resulting to make payment through net banking. This effects my credit rating. Your staff not responding to my calls at your tarnaka, sec'bad office not informing valid reasons for their failure in executing ecs mandate.
