I bought a Titan Watch with your Retail EMI card in the month of July 2018, the Titan people told me that there is no Processing fee on this purchase. But you have charged me Rs. 117 as Processing Fees on 1st Installment, but you did not informed me verbally or through online communication.
my question now is (1) why you did not informed about that and why did you not deducted that Rs. 117 from my account through ECS, though you have charged fine of Rs. 200/- for that Rs. 117/- and deducted from my account. I now that you have kept me in dark about Rs. 117/- and kept on charging Rs. 200/- as fine every month and deducted the same bimonthly (Rs. 400/-), this is very much bad on your company and i feel you are cheating the prestigious customer in other way. (2) when I received a message saying Rs. 400/- still pending, then I went to your customer service center in "Prestige Towers, Residency Road, Bangalore" and inquired. But your customer service executive told me "they are helpless" (they are like dumb and deaf & did not allow me to talk to the higher authority) and I paid the balance of Rs. 117 and Rs. 400/- on[protected] there itself and took "NOC" and I received "No Due Certificate".
(3) But after paying all the dues "as per your unknown intention" again you have deducted Rs. 400/- and "cheating" the customer like me... WHY?. THIS IS THE WAY YOU ARE EARNING by making ECS facility.
Now, I request you to return my amount by REVERTING the Excess amount which you have deducted soon.
OR else I will go to the RBI and complain, go to the Commissioner of Police and Complain, and also i am planning to take legal action on you.
I AM FED UP OF YOUR BEHAVIOUR and money making policy.
