Bajajfinemi-bf[protected] extra insurance was added without any confirmation from me, i have raised the concern on facebook as well but i got one standard reply that customer care team will get back at the earliest. Its been 2 days and no one contacted me. I have no idea whether this is reaching to the concerned team or not. I am also heading customer service and the way bajaj works is unacceptable. I have checked the ceo profile on linkedin mr. Tapan singhel and he will be the last person i will contact. I have raised the concern on twitter, facebook and now on consumer complaints. On top of that i have got the my car insurance renewed from bajaj this year and on getting the insurance from company they have added new clause of welcome policy which was not informed to me at the time of sales.
