Bajaj Finance — Harassment and blackmailing

Dear Team, I am suffering from long time Broken Ankle Issue (Received Locomotor Physical Handicapped from central and state government in 2013 and 2022). I have under gone a another surgery in 2017 and now in February 2019, recently I have got COVID-19 in 2021 and I have also met an Customer ID : 37305365 another accident in December 2021( Jones bone fracture) During this time, I was unable to move below my waist. My meal & Wc was on bed 3 Months during this period and recently my wife got COVID-19 in May 2022 and, and my situation is very critical. Even though things are bad with my life I never missed any loan payment till last three months. Still I am recovering from my long-time ankle broken. For these medical issues I spent all my saving, MF & share holdings. And due to this illness, I am unable manage my financial expenses and make my EMI payments to the lenders.

If you don’t believe you can come and do MRI testing for right & left ankle, you can find out it. Currently, I am in very financial crisis. Currently, I have not money for my medical treatment & medicine too.

All these things have been already informed to your collection team, but they are abusive on-call, harassing me and blackmailing me for the home visit with the local bank executives. Whatever the situation is doing in my life I have never missed a single payment with Bajaj in this last 5 years of relationship. I have taken ECom Consumer Finance-9, (Not even a single payment missed), PLCs Small ticket size-2, EMI lite Sales finance-1, PLC centralized telebinging-1, Consumer durable digital-1, Emi card to wallet loan-4, consumer durable-02, Digital Product Finance-01. I never missed A single payment in any one of this.

I was supposed to make the payment tomorrow as per the recent conversation, but due to my health issue and due to my financial expenses I was unable to make the payment I may require time to settle my things this is really suffering me mentally and physically, please understand my situation and try to avoid the harassment calls and home visit and suffer me more mentally this is creating a bad reputation in my area and my parents have no involvement in this loan but they are asking my parents also.

They are even coming to home, abusing them, and giving warning to me as well even though they are no-where related to this debt, these are unlawful tactics adopted by your Collectors. These collectors are calling me from unknown numbers on which one can never call back or are never answered, as per they are also mentioning they do not care any RBI guidelines if we do not make the payment and they can go beyond and break the RBL laws.
Also, as per RBI Guidelines when an account is assigned to a third-party collection agency you need to inform your client of the same with the name, address, and phone number of the collection agency.

I request you to take appropriate action and understand my financial constraints and inability to pay as of now. As an informed Indian Citizen, I understand this is my debt and I must pay it myself, I have honest intent to pay up all my debts at the right time of time. As of now I am trying to make both ends meet with very limited income.

By sending this communication, it is my intention to stop all your calls and collection activity from this day forth. Please give this very important matter the utmost attention and I Thank you in advance for your understanding.
