Bajaj Finance — I am not receiving my EMI cars and Extended warranty card

Sir, My name is MUGGU VENKATA RAMANA I buyer LG LED tv with your bajaj finance in October 2016 I regularly paying your instalments in as per ur'a giving date but I am not receiving EMI cars and I paid for extended warranty for TV but not received warranty documents.So, pls send my EMI Cars and Extended warranty documents. Loan account no:- 4090CD28461070. Warranty account no:- 409EWC28922570.
