Description of Incident:
The employee had called on a Sunday for reminding of repayment of loan. The employee used unnecessary words which hurt us. Three installments are pending. When we called again to know her name, the employee used abusive language and said that her name was Nithya and that we could complain anywhere. Though we had informed that we would pay the full loan amount by 10th of March 2017 ( only three installments pending), the employee used words such as fraud and ill- mannerly asked - When you could not pay 8000 RS. only, how can you pay the total amount ?.
