I am harassed by customer care calls about 8 to 9 calls daily from bajaj finance team. They repeatedly ask me to take a loan. Inspite of warning them they call me daily. I have added most of the numbers to my block list but still the keep calling from some other number repeatedly. The are misusing my personal information from earlier transactions and pestering me to take a loan. In the heat now they have themselves applied a loan on my name on[protected]. I received a message that the load application is in progress and BFL executive will come to my home for KYC on[protected]. This is seriously misdoing. On[protected] I received another customer care call. I literally had to use unparliamentary language out of rage for what has happened. And after raising this issue on the forum I received a message on[protected] that the loan application has been withdrawn. This is how they are playing with the previous loyal customers for bajaj finance. I request whoever concerned to take strict action on this firm. Assuming the have played this on well to do educated people, I cannot imagine what they are hiding behind their back on the “ not so well to do uneducated/ senior citizen families”. There should be some end to this harassment and some one should be held responsible for this whole episode. I have attached the numbers of Bajaj finance customer care that I had blocked and the messages i receivedon the load status.
