Bajaj Finance — Loan fraud

I was given a pre approved loan of 10 lacs on which i was charged 20 k insurance without my consent, and i was given a loan with no foreclosure charges but i found out that a foreclosure charge of more than 4.5 % will be charged, which i consider as a fraud and i am taking legal actions. I talked to a sales manager who handles my case, he told me that he cant do anything about it and that bajaj compny dis it to me no them and they are helpless. So i just want to cancel my loan.
