Bajaj Finance — Mandate failed charge txn

Why is this mandate fail charge txn Bajaj finance is been charged to us when amount is available in the account, amount of Rs 295 has been deducted for two months and emi is also deducted why is this issue happening pls resolve this issue and refund the amount Rs 295*2 or else I ll take a step against Bajaj finance.
