Bajaj Finance — Misbehaviour of customer care | |||||
Dear sir/madam, Reference is made to above mentioned personal loan account No. 418OPL18634441. I have taken a personal loan (418OPL[protected] for Rs 75568 which is offered by Bajaj Finance bonus loan in the month of 4th January 2016 said loan have been approved with an EMI of Rs 3, 618 . As you know very well, not a single EMI against this loan has been bounced so far . Main purpose of during your attention by this message is, when the time of sanctioning this loan, I was given a policy bearing No. 418LIP33293254 for a premium of Rs 2, 222/- . Though I was not interested to take the same, your executive was convinced me a lot by promising that the said policy is given on free basis and no further payment need to be made on a/c of renewal . However, I was surprised to receive a call from one of your employees asking me to make payment against the above policy . I told her that this was absolutely free and I don't want to renew any more . Even after I clarified everything she continued on calling me from different number (for e.g. [protected], [protected] etc) many times a day . When I stood firm on my decision of not renewing the policy she started abusing me using very foul languages. This kind of service/ behaviour was not at all accepted from such a reputed organization like Bajaj Finance . Hope you will consider it seriously and make your staff aware of behaving with your customers. Let me remind, this kind of dealing will definitely spoil the image of such a business organization like you . Looking to the above, I request you not to insist me henceforth for making any renewal charge as I don't want to keep this policy valid now .
