Bajaj Finance — mobile insurance claim

I have given my mobile under insurance claim before 3 months ago on 18 november 2018 and that day they said it will take 28 days to settle your claim but when i have call them after 28 days they told me that after one week your claim will be settle down and again after one week when i call them they said it will take one more week and from then i am weekly calling them they said next week your claim will be passed but today is 7/2/19 no answer is given from insurance company so i want to say last time that if you don't settle my claim this week i will file a case of harrassment against you
