As i filed the complaint 2 days ago still no response from bajaj finserv. As i would request you to look into the matter. It is really disheartening such a brand give wrong commitment and misleading information. No one is replying on mail not even toll free no is getting connected.
As i am using bajaj finserv emi card your representative called me sent me an e mail to upgrade it to elite card. And even mobikwik sent me message on app to update it that's why i paid with my debit card 4999 rs to get the elite card.
