Claim number oc[protected] 00001193. I have submitted my samsung led tv -55 inches one and half year old to the bajaj extended warranty service center in khairatabad (Hyderabad) on 12-nov as there was problem with the tv display. Till date i have not received my tv as promised with in 10days time and everyday when i call up to check the status the answer they provide is another 2 days. This is the same status that i get from them. There is no proper status provided to me, it has been already 24 days without the tv at my home.
When contacted the concerned manager, the answer i am getting is it will be done by this saturday and that saturday never comes. This has been continuing from the past two weeks
I am not sure when the led tv will be repaired and handed over to me. I want to know why there is a delay in getting my tv repaired and why proper status is provided to me? How long i am going to listen to the same word that it will take another two days. Atleast they should provide proper status when will the tv handed over to me? Was this information helpful? |
