Bajaj Finance — Not update bank a/c number

Sir l kapil gupta, i brought ac with emi (Bajaj) i gave my details and cancel check (Pnb bank) to the bajaj fins. Officer but he didn't update my new account no. Now i received a massage that

I call that person and other officer but no one can satisfy answer.
If i not pay it bank charge penalty on it. How i pay to save this penalty
