Bajaj Finance — online status failure and amount deducted

A call came that some pending amount rs.1000 and bajaj had filled a case and you have to pay rs.3839, and you can pay in online and case will be with drawn. I pay through online the same amount. It came as failure transaction, the amount is debit from my iob and it is not recredited in my a/c. The transaction done on 11/10/2016. I checked with iob they said it was credit to bajaj finsrv a/c.

On 25/05/2017 bajaj had deducted rs.600 again from my a/c. I had attached the failure transaction page and amount deducted from my a/c.

Kindly do the need full to get my amout rs.3839. Back.
