Bajaj Finance — Regarding False Deduction of Foreclosure Charges Personal Loan | |||||
This is regarding Personal Loan where it was intimated that there are no foreclosure and Part Payment charges. But still when I went to close the Personal Loan from Bajaj Finance. They charged about 4% of the full amount. After several email threads with them there was no refund from them, as well this foreclosure charges are included since 1st July 2016 as per current policies which was not intimated to existing personal loan holders.
