Bajaj Finance — Regarding my settlement

I was taken personal loan from bajaj finance till 1 yrs I have paid my emi regular but due to lockdown I was jobless and at that time I was not able to pay the emi and due to lockdown their was a morentrum from bajaj finance and there after call came from bajaj finance in July that we are offering the another morentrum for 3 months I accepted thier request but after that recovery agent started calling me for emi and they were misbehaving on call using bad langauge coming to home as well on my work place too I was telling them as soon as I manage the amount I will pay the emi but they were not able to understand the situation on which we were going.
Somehow I manage the emi amount and given to recovery agent and then after 10 days they started calling me again and again and at that time no job was there and no bizz I was doing I request to my friends to give some money so I can pay my emi and like this many emi I have given to that recovery agent and after that he stopped calling me and now in last yr June 2021 one othe executive called me for emi I told him the situation what have happen then he also took the emi from me and given the settlement letter and told I will give you settlement letter of 63k on him I trusted and give him a one emi after that he send me settlement letter of 83k I called him and ask about the settlement that he have given me the executive told me that I will reduce the amount at the end of the settlement I said ok and he gave me settlement letter of 5 stroks and after that full and final amount I started paying the settlement amount regular and after five months I asked him for final amount I have to pay you plZ give me the final letter that I have pay and as per discussion you told me that I will reduce the amount but he told me that my maneger is not there and like this he has taken again 6th stroke from me again 7th stroke after that he have taken 15k from me and now I am getting call from office that I have to pay 1.6lakhs amount for account closing and there also they are telling we can't help from here you go and do complain.
And in this complaint I have return all and I have all screen shot and what's app chatting with the executive.
So plzz help me out of this
And I suggest to everyone to be aware of all this kind of things going on market with normal people. Very fraud they are doing with all o[censored]s.
They are coming home using bad langauge.
Telling to our family I will not go till the money gets they don't have any manners how to talk to ladies.
Very irrespective executive they have and there managers also telling go you do what you what to do now you just see who can solve your problem .
Is there anyone to help me out of this.
