Bajaj Finance — Regarding wrong transaction

Hi, I am Mangaiyarkarasi. I bought an LED TV in EMI of Rsm2292 for eight month through bajaj finance .from the first month itself they collected the money directly because they were unable to take it from my account. For all the eight month they did the same but suddenly eighth month after they collect the money they also took it from my account then they returned after i complain about it and then again they took one month payment Rs.2442 extra from my account after all amouti paid. Already waited for 2 months but no response till now. if you didn't send back my money i will go to consumer court.please do the needful
