Bajaj Finance — Settled flag mentioned in my cibil

SUB: SETTLED FLAG MENTIONED IN MY ACCOUNT

I have taken a Personal Loan from Bajaj Finance in 2017
Loan A/C 400PST61583449. Date Opened 31/12/2017 Sanctioned Amount Rs.72, 000
I have paid all the pending amount
But In my cibil it's Settled flag mentioned.
Due to this I am not getting any loans from banks

I request you to please update my account as closed and remove the Settled flag.
