Bajaj Finance — tried registering a claim but no one is answering my call | |||
I have been trying to call the CPP Asset care from the last three days and Bajaj Finance also but nobody responds. I bought an AC and the outdoor unit is giving big sounds, I have to been trying for registering the complaint. For how many more days I should try calling this number?[protected]? When I spoke to executive on[protected], they just say register your complaint on[protected]. If no body responds on[protected] even after waiting for 5-6 mins every time it just says "Please press # for call back" but no body calls in return? Why should I buy an Asset Care?
