Bajaj Finance — Un necessary amount deduction from my Bank Account

Hii,
My name is Ujval and my registered mobile number for Bajaj Finance is [protected]. On 2nd day of November 2021 my two(2) EMIs were deducted and when came to 3rd EMI i.e. Personal Loan amount unexpectedly my account has less amount for deduction. With that reason you have deducted 295/- rupees from my account for less amount than EMI. On 4th day of November 2021 your agent contacted my stating that my loan account amount deduction is pending with in minutes of period I have realized my account has less amount on 2nd November and I have done payment of my personal loan EMI and requested your agent not to charge any penalty and he also agreed.

But again you have deducted amount of Rs.295/- on 9th November 2021 and amount of Rs.780/- on 12th November 2021 without my knowledge.

I kindly request you to refund excess amount which was deducted from my account.
