I purchased a dinning table from royal oak furnitures few month back under the emi scheme of bajaj finance.
The seller took rs.15000 advance and the balance rs. 10000 was financed by bajaj finance in to emis.
The amount of emi was mentioned by the seller in the invoice copy and the document is with me. But when the first emi hit my bank it was noticed that the amount was not matching with the emi amount written in the invoice. Rs.440/- was deducted more as insurance amount, insurance company being life style max.
The insurance was done without my consent which was communicated to bajaj officials.
Till now no action has been taken by bajaj officials and i feel cheated and await advice from the forum. Regards, jeevan Was this information helpful? |
