Recd an amt of loan minus my od and high deduction of insurance premium. Also not recd any service guide to operate this facility. Hence unable to re - transfer part amt to bajaj finance. No help or guidence recd from your feild staff no response to my phone calls for the past 15 days very regretable behaviour by your vellore branch staff.
