Bajaj Finance — worst customer service in bajaj finance | |||
Please dont approach any flexi loan with bajaj finance. I have applied for flexi loan and am waiting for the past two months. Initially the tele caller was called me and gave false promises on daily basis for sanction of one lakh rupees loan. They have asked me to provide all docs. I hv provided all required documents. Later on they have told me that eligibility is not there hence because of my home loan which was taken along with my brothers. Hence they asked me to provide the home loan statement, I hv provided the same. Again they hv asked me to provide the my brother's savings bank account. I hv provided the same along with the pan copy of my brothrr. Now they are asking me to provide the salary slips of my brothers. Later on they may ask to provide the property documents, if any. Earlier they have sanctioned the loan few months back. And I have refused to accept it. Because they hv charged exorbitant interest. And they forced to pay the insurance. Now they are telling the eligibility is not available after receiving all documents including my brothers. Which are not relevant. 1) My question is when there is no eligibility, why they should give false promises? 2) are they giving loan to me or to my family? 3) why they are forcing us to pay insurance? 4) are they playing with our necessity? 5) who will bear the mental stress happened during the time? 6) what is the time limit Was this information helpful? | |||
