Hi,
I had submitted an email request for change of Bank details for EMI as our Company were switching our Salary Account. Even after submitting the request in the month of December no one from Bajaj contacted me to guide how to take it further except for their auto generated emails.
I even tried to call on their Customer Care. But here situation was worse. We only hear the recording and by the time our turn come to speak to any of their representative the lines are disconnected. This happened not once or twice but all the times I contacted them.
Since I was unaware of the Bank change details and my old salary account was closed, the January EMI bounced back. Its then when their collection agents started calling and even used foul language. I not only wrote to their customer care but even wrote to their Nodal Officer. However, till date no action has been taken.
I somehow gathered information and submitted new Bank account details along with 5 bearer cheques in the 1st week of Jan 2022 so that EMI can be debited from my new Bank account. However, till date Bajaj and their collection agents are calling me to make online payment as they have yet not updated the bank account. They talk nonsense without even bothering to think they are talking to a Woman.
When I raised a complaint they mentioned "You will get this type of threatening calls if you don't make payment on time."

Even the Nodal Officer Hema Ratnam did not respond to the complaint. In fact every other day I am getting an auto generated email from [protected]@bajajhousingfinance.co.in stating "We would like to inform you that your service request with ticket number SR68303008 is in process and we are working on your request. Request you to note that we shall provide you with the latest update /resolution in next 48 hours". This auto generated emails are sent immediately after 48 hours are completed. However, no action is taken by them till date. Request your intervention in the matter. Thank you.
