I had submitted an email request for change of Bank details for EMI as our Company were switching our Salary Account. Even after submitting the request in the month of December no one from Bajaj contacted me to guide how to take it further except for their auto generated emails.
I even tried to call on their Customer Care. But here situation was worse. We only hear the recording and by the time our turn come to speak to...

I have taken housing loan from bajaj finance. I have making my loan repayment regularly .due to some problems I have delayed my repayment from 6 months .but not skipped.10days delay they give threatening calls. Come home and threaten us..they take photos..they charge 3500rs a penalty and also dnt reduce the rate of interest as per govt rules. They behave like rowdies.there websites say no account exists..

I had first contacted area sales mgr mr. Ashish jha on 14.1.20 over whatsapp and indicated to him that i want to close my existing relationship with bajaj housing finance due to 2 reasons i. E. Compulsory insurance sold, high interest rate, and bad servicing. For which i was made to wait for over 2 weeks and in the end had to raise a request to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on 04.02.20 as i was not receiving any support from their end. However since writing numerous mails to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and [protected]@bajajfinserv.in am yet to receive the desired documents so that i can live peacefully without worrying whether my request would be attended by bajaj or not. I humbly request that was i wrong to wait for the area manager to help me with the lod, could he not have guided me correctly on the first instance. Was i wrong to write to wecare who has a tat of 10 days and grievance redressal team a tat of 5 days and customer experience head of 2 days and still keep waiting.
I really request bajaj to give me my documents urgently and help me in closing the transferring my loan to a company who will understand my need and service me better without any false commitments or keeping their customers on a rider.

I humbly request all of you to action on my case asap.
