Dear Sir,
We had paid premium insurance to the tune of Rs 148226 plus service tax Rs 1722 on[protected] thru Standard chartred bank. Then, after 2 years we wanted to close this policy as money was required for my son's education purpose. We approached insurance company who advised to pay additional cheques and fill up form. We sent cheques which was lying at their reception for all most 3 weeks and insurance company has informed that they can not refund. In fact, their delay they imposed on policy holders and returned the cheques. There after, we started requesting them to refund the initial payment for last 2 years and insurance company is not refunding our hard earned money. Then, we approached Bimalokpal and they wanted receipt which we forwarded many times. Now, Bimalokpal is advising it is prerogative of insurance company so Bimalokpal can not help and money is not refunded yet. We are now requesting you to intervane and instruct insurance company to pay our premium urgently. Our policy # [protected] ; Name of life assured Master Shomik Kanjilal, Name of Policy Holder : Shubaasish Kanjilal, Plan is Bazaj allianze invest plan premier.
Please help us in this regard and instruct them for refund
