To Bajaj Allianz Customer support - Sorry to say but the link http://support.bajajallianz.com/support/ doesn't work? Also to share my story further when I lodged a complaint a year ago or so in the forum, I took a decision to pay the 3rd instalment post one of your representative gave a call to me regarding my complaint below. Where he too promised and agreed However, now when I tried to contact him he has left the company. Now coming to the point: - Firstly the agent is absconding and there is no one to defend the promise made when the policy was sold. - Now when I perform the calculation, which is GSV or SSV which ever is higher - Where till now we only thought about the SSV value which will reap some good reward on the investment made, but some where the SSV factor has come into play. - So, none of the customer is educated about the SSV factor which is decided by the company, why is it so? a) There is no where mention of SSV factor in the policy document, this takes the customer for a ride one cannot calculate accurately? b) Why haven't Bajaj Allianz or the IRDA doesn't promise, guarantee or share the SSV factor in the policy? How does a customer calculate while taking a policy? c) What action will Bajaj Allianz or IRDA take against these loopholes in the policy document? d) What action will Bajaj Allianz take against the Agent who sells the policy in hidden words and what action will IRDA take against the Bajaj Allianz who support such marketing and sales fooling customers? e) What is Bajaj Allianz ethical and moral responsibility towards this Hugely disappointing that the plan I had made few years ago is gone down in drain, my hard earned money is compromised your so called esteemed company. Now I have to look out for a personal loan on the plan I had made (do you want to sell a personal loan to me? - Just try and make that attempt) I am looking out for options however looks very bleak be it surrender, further non payment (Lapse) or even full payment till 15 years which actually I never agreed.
