3. Problem starts if you say no. They will say thank you and cut the call. 4. Fast forward a month, you will receive a bill for outstanding bill amount Until now you wouldn't know that they have activated a plan on your connection when you said you don't require their service. 5. You will call their customer care and register a complaint against this. But you will still get calls for bill payment. 6. After one more month, you will get another bill containing outstanding bill amount for 2 months now. This means they have not attended your earlier complaint. 7. You will call their customer care again and explain them again. Now they will register a new complaint against old complaint. But you will still get calls for bill payment. 8. They won't attend your complaints and yet you will get bill payment calls. And you will ask them to look into complaints. They will humbly accept your request 9. Then the bigger plan. Now you get smses and calls regarding a legal notice which is served to you on this bill payment. They will say we are not calling from Reliance and so can't help anything. But we have to pay the bill. Reliance will still not attend to your complaints even after numerous calls. Eventually, you will get a mail from advocate. 10. You will escalate the complaint to a different department with all the complaint numbers. They will again take a new complaint and give you a complaint number. They bully you beautifully. Don't submit. Beware.
