Refund of security deposit of jio fiber account

I have a jio fiber connection with number [protected] my mobile number is [protected] i surrender this number on 4/12/21 both the devices is pick up by your team and got the refund of Rs. 900/- on 10/12/21 but the security amount i deposited is rs 3500/ i called the jio customer care and they told me the security deposit is with you for my fiber connection is 3500/- both the setup box and wifi router and both the adapter is also in working...
