i have booked my bike MH14 DD-4818 on 09-march-2017 to transport from Pune to Noida.
All money was paid in advance, they have completely destroyed the fuel tank of my bike with whole and dent on it, Companies are abide by the least expectation of delivering goods in as is condition.
Later, when I contacted the management below-
pavan said, tank will be replaced by them, later he came on unprofessional language and denied for any support,
umesh said kindly claim remaining which you pay out of pocket we will reimburse you, keep postponing.
mohan - he saying he we pay only 50% of tank price(tank price- 3850), now he is responding irresponsibly.

please take action against such unprofessionally managed company, or impose fine. and get my fuel tank reimbursed completely as it was purely never my mistake except to book my bike through them.

there are some e-portal promoting such companies online like, JD, sulekha etc
