I see here that Bally Municipality does not send anyone to collect garbage. The sweepers of our society collect the entire garbage of Shantinagar colony near our window. When I ask the building secretary who collects Rs 500 every month, he says it is not my job. The child at my house is ill for the last 10 days. When asked the security incharge says, we don't know, this is the place to throw everything. When I ask the secretary of the building, he says, don't tell me. Ever since I bought the house, I have never seen the municipal administration people collecting garbage. I want the strictest action possible. In future, people will not throw garbage near my gate, due to this, diseases also occur in the society.
