Water pressure very low tank not getting filled

I am residing at Kapila Bagan, Kundan bye lane, Liluah. I raise quite multiple complains and emails since year 2020 for poor road conditions and drainage system (ward 65).

I still don't see any improvement or any work initiated by Bally municipality or HMC. As on today, the road and drainage condition is being more disgusting. It's feel we are living drainage, all time foul smell and roads are feel with drainage water. Even Pond are feel with drainage water.

Vishal kumar rauth, resident 2A shantinagar colony liluah howrah. Dear sir and mam, I have taken a house here for almost two months. I see here that Bally Municipality does not send anyone to collect garbage. The sweepers of our society collect the entire garbage of Shantinagar colony near our window. When I ask the building secretary who collects Rs 500 every month, he says it is not my job. The child at my house is ill for the last 10 days. When asked the security incharge says, we don't know, this is the place to throw everything. When I ask the secretary of the building, he says, don't tell me. Ever since I bought the house, I have never seen the municipal administration people collecting garbage. I want the strictest action possible. In future, people will not throw garbage near my gate, due to this, diseases also occur in the society.

I am writing from Fakir Pathak Lane Bally. Stray dogs on the road have increased at an alarming rate and they are creating hindrances in peaceful living and commuting for the local people.
They have also bitten a young boy and this may just increase.

Water pressure as well as distrubution time has been reduced to much extent due to which water tank reserviour does not get filled even one fourth of the tank level. Kindly do the needful and oblige thanks

I am a resident of Mahendra Bagchi road bally and here we all residents kn this area are facing huge sortage of water supply since 11 January 2024 without any notice or announcement that when the water supply will get restored.

We don't have water to drink and we have to walk around 2 kilometres to get the water from different area. It is now 4 days we are facing this huge water supply problem.

Request you to please look into the matter very urgently and provide prompt response/resolution.

I am a citizen of West Bengal in liluah from area mirpara, there is no place toh throw garbage anywhere and neither the garbage van is coming regularly this has became a very bad problem we have to suffer

The workers from the municipal corporation consistently leave garbage in front of my house, leading to an overwhelming and persistent foul odor. The situation has become unbearable, affecting our ability to breathe comfortably around the clock. The accumulation of a substantial amount of garbage is not only causing discomfort but is also significantly tarnishing the appearance of our surroundings.

I kindly request your immediate assistance in addressing this matter. It is crucial to ensure that the workers refrain from leaving garbage in front of my house, as it not only poses a health hazard due to the unpleasant smell but also creates an unsightly environment.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and look forward to a resolution that contributes to maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our neighborhood.

The waste collector who is in charge of daily waste collection at the Chaitalpara prantik area is utmost rude and even refuses to accept the daily wastes. We have pet rabbits and he flatly denies to accept our household waste saying that he won't collect rabbit droppings. He doesn't even has to touch them. Person from my household unloads the bin on his van. So what's the issue all about? And if he won't collect the waste where am I suppose to dispose it off? On the streets???

No garbage cleaning in liluah station road. Please look into the matter.

I live in Ganguly para, 17 Dr. p.n Ghosh road in Bally . In my area from three days water is overflowing on the streets it can cause a lot of diseases to people who are living here . Many children are not able to go school.Please clean the area and the drain in Ganguly para immediately it is very urgent please understand.

Garbage collector of our area don't come on time and run quickly without taking garbages from anyone's house when someone ask him to stop or anything he ask for extra money for doing his duty, and also talks in a very rude manner and foul language.
Drains are clogged and drainage water enters back to the house, but the cleaner visits once a month and doesn’t do his job well.
Please suggest what should we do? Should we start throwing garbage on road side.

Bally Municipality — Road condition, Waste water drainage line and system of our locality

Respected Madam/Sir,
We, the residents of Magistrate Baggan would like to draw your kind attention towards the already deteriorated condition of Magistarate Bagan located just behind the Super Market / Liluah Co-operative Bank in ward number 66 of Howrah/Bally Municipal Corporation in your Assembly. We are writing this letter in deep pain on the already deteriorated condition of our locality, Magistarate Bagan, one of the largest and densely populated colony of Liluah / Howrah district. Before writing this letter to you, we have intimated many times to the local authority/office, not once but many times about the continuously deteriorating condition of the said colony in the last 2 years but failed to understand the reason for complete negligence of the colony and its residents. Today Magistrat Baggan has turned into a DUSTBIN Garbage* is lying everywhere. This colony today lacks every basic facility like (Cleaning of waste water drainage line, Some places Street Light, some places Drinking Water Taps, Road garbage Cleanliness and, Roads repairing etc.) required to live peacefully and safely. Some Street lights are in dead condition. There are some roads in some parts of the colony that in damaged condition badly and some areas are still waiting for many years for repairing. Drainage system of the waste water line is in very poor and bad condition or this would be good to say this colony lacks water Drainage System, every time the waste line drainage is fill with dirty water, and because of this there is huge water logging during the rainy season which creates horrible situations for small kids and elderly men and women. Recently many resident of the colony very badly affected due to water logging during rain and it lethal impact in the form of DENGU and MALARIA. The situation is alarming now and residents are not in a position to suffer anymore as something wrong might happen in the near future. Most surprising thing is that neither local Municipal Officials nor your local councillor have been showing any interest in improving the situation. Reason may be best known to him. You are requested to personally look into the situation as we have lost faith in the local councillor/ward office because of his negligence and useless comments in the recent past which we cant mention here when some Ladies members visited his office during "Durga Puja" to intimate the whole situation. Hope you will understand the whole situation and take necessary steps to improve the situation of the society to make a suitable place to live in. further if your goodself requires the photos of the locality's present situation, we can send the same upon your reply.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself Sumit Datta residence of Bally municipality. We are facing a lot trouble for drinking water leakage on road in our locality. Waters are overflowing for leakage at underground and entire Drainage system is blocked. Kindly look into this issue as its causing lot of trouble for us.

In our locality it is very common to not take our daily garbages from our house..The man is absent for many days so it is very hard to clean our locality clean

I am the resident of East Sapuipara, Bally Landmark Near Ram Singh Khatal. The drainage system here is in very pathetic condition and Water is also overflowing and the dengu mosquitos are being all over. The smell of the drainage system is very abnormal.
Please look into this matter for the betterment of living people.
