I am writing to file a complaint against Baltra Company, their retailers, and dealers for failing to replace my faulty electric kettle (Model no BC 144), which is still under warranty.

[ I purchased an electric kettle from Baltra Company on 31st March 2022, and it stopped working on 20th February 2023. ], and it came with a warranty of replacement in case of any faults within the warranty period. Unfortunately, the kettle has developed a fault and is no longer working properly.
I have been trying to get the faulty kettle replaced as per the warranty policy, but I have been facing issues with Baltra Company's retailers and dealers. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company's customer service, the retailer and the dealer, I have not received any resolution to my problem.However, despite several follow-up calls and emails, the retailer has not replaced the faulty electric kettle. It has been more than a week now, and I am still waiting for a response from them. This is highly unprofessional and has caused a great deal of inconvenience to me.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from Baltra Company and its associated retailers and dealers, and I feel that my consumer rights have been violated. It is unacceptable that a product with a warranty of replacement is not being replaced within the warranty period.
Therefore, I demand that Baltra Company, its retailers, and dealers take immediate action to resolve my complaint by replacing my faulty electric kettle as per the warranty policy. If no action is taken, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities and file a complaint with the consumer forum.
I have attached copies of the warranty document, purchase receipt, and all communication records for your reference. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter.
