**Complaint Against Balzano for Supplying a Manufacturing Defective Product and Refusal to Provide Replacement**
I purchased a **Balzano Bullet Mixer Grinder 500W (3 Jar Set)** from Amazon on **27 October 2025**. The product is still under its **1-year warranty**.
From the beginning, the grinder had poor blending performance, indicating a manufacturing defect. In the first week of **July 2026**, the machine completely stopped functioning. The jars also became tightly jammed with the motor base; one jar was damaged while removing it, and another had to be sent to the service centre.
Balzano's own service team found multiple defects, including **Motor and Blade Cross Dispute, 500 ml Jar (D[protected]) Top Body Replacement, and Blade Cross Leakage**, confirming that the issue is a manufacturing defect affecting multiple components.
Despite this, Balzano has refused to replace the defective product and has only repaired it. I purchased a **brand-new product**, not a repaired or refurbished one. I have clearly informed the company that I **will not accept the repaired unit** and have requested a **complete replacement of the mixer grinder along with a new set of jars**.
I request the National Consumer Helpline to intervene and direct Balzano to replace the manufacturing-defective product with a **brand-new unit**, along with a complete new set of jars, without any additional cost. I also seek appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, mental harassment, and loss caused due to the defective product.
