I purchased a Balzano mixer which started malfunctioning shortly after purchase. I raised a service complaint with Balzano on July 19th, but there has been no resolution till date.
Since then, I’ve been following up repeatedly. Every time I contact them, I get the same generic reply: “Let me check, ” but nothing ever moves forward. On July 30st, I escalated the issue by filing a grievance with the government consumer helpline....
