Balzano India — Poor product and no customer support Balzano mixer

I purchased a Balzano mixer which started malfunctioning shortly after purchase. I raised a service complaint with Balzano on July 19th, but there has been no resolution till date.

Since then, I’ve been following up repeatedly. Every time I contact them, I get the same generic reply: “Let me check, ” but nothing ever moves forward. On July 30st, I escalated the issue by filing a grievance with the government consumer helpline. As of August 4th, the status still shows “in process” and there has been no response from either the company or the grievance portal.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I am requesting either a full refund or a replacement, and I urge others to think twice before buying from Balzano India. Their after-sales support is shockingly unprofessional.
