I have ordered a Silk saree from the website banarasstyle.com on date[protected] through cash on delivery payment method of order no. BS[protected] which I received on[protected] and I found that it wasn't the order I placed. I have received a wrong order. So I wanted to return it or exchange it with the original product I have ordered. For this purpose i tried to contact them many times through calls as well as email but I haven't received any response till date. Now it seems that I have been cheated completely and i want to file complaint against them. Was this information helpful? |
