I ordered a lehanga last year from this site and returned it but not recieved any refund amount till today...

A Number one fraud site.i had purchased R Kurtis amounting to rupees RS 1600..but when I received those Kurtis ..it was so cheap quality that I can't express and also the design s were altogether different.and when I told to refund they said that they will not beat courier charges..then I had to pay 200couruer charged and till date I had not received a single rupees refund from them...disgusting fellows..really fraudsters ......

I have ordered a banarasi lehenga order# bs[protected] on dec'2019 and requested for return due to very cheep quality. Then as per their mail, we send courier to them but my money rs 1599/- still not refunded yet.

Company address: my product returned to below address as per thier mail.

I have booked festive wear multi color lehenga choli from your banarasstyle website (No:[protected] for l-513 of rs. 1750/-). My order number is bs[protected]. I have received the lehenga choli from the courier office but the material too poor quality from what they have shown on the website. I went to website for returning the same but your easy return is not working properly and also i called to mobile number which was on the website...

Please take a strict action against banarasstyle.com. They have cheated on me. Let me explain the sequence of events

1. I ordered one lehenga which was of very very cheap quality not the one shown in picture. Costed me 1800/-
2. Had to return at my cost. Had to bear courier charges
3. They refunded my money in wallet
4. Irony is that wallet you can not use for replacing the order. There is no such facility...

I have placed the order for combo 3 kurtas worth of 1390. Really i was surprised to see that quality and sizes. I called the people many times finally someone picked up and told me to send them back. I returned the product. They are not ready to give my money back. Again i have placed the order in wallet. Again they have sent very cheap quality product. Now am asking to refund my money but they are not ready for that....

My order number BS[protected] had a very poor quality of sarees and was not at all nearby which was shown in the pictures so I returned the sarees for which I had to pay the courier charges. I paid 1590 rupees.They gave me refund but the refund was in the form of reward points in their wallet which was 1390 rupees.They deducted 200 rupees on the name of "processing charges. "Which in all I lost me 200 rupees for courier charges and 200 rupees...

I ordered a pink Banaras saree worth 1350 but they delivered a cheap pink coloured cotton saree worth around 300 RS. I raised a return request for which they asked me to self ship the item and said that they would refund the money to Banaras style wallet. I replied to them saying that I would want the money to be refunded to my bank account as I woul not wish to buy anything from their website once again as everything on the website is fake....

I had ordered a rich blue lehenga on their site and they sent me dirty brown coloured sub standard material. The material is sub - standard and doesn't look like any of the pictures displayed on their website.
They refuse to return the money or have the material picked up.

I want to know despite so many consumer complaints why the consumer forum isin't taking any action against this people....

I had ordered a combo of 4 kurtis with small size...,. They sent cheap quality other designs kurti with different sizes... Upon calling them they are not responding properly.. Total waste of money... Kurtis delivered are not even wearable... Totally disappointed.. The kurtirs are of very thin quality which are not even wearable.. And the picture showes good quality cotton kurits.. Quick response is expected!!...

I ordered a saree worth rs. 1590 from their website and they sent me some crap which doesn't match the picture at all. When asked for return and refund they said they will give me money in their wallet which is useless, because their product and quality sucks! Mopping cloth is way much better. Why would anyone want money in wallet when they cant trust the...

I ordered a saree from this site. But they send wrong item when i send request to exchange initially they didn't reply. But after some days they ask for pic and courier slip. I sent then no response after. Then i reply again and called many times then i received a mail u have to courier the parcel. But if you send wrong item why i send. You should collect at my place. But no one listen no one reply. Very pathetic company, fake company. Literally...

Online site doing fake business... I ordered 2 sarees from them and received totally different sarees of cheap quality and altogether different design from them. Now when i am contacting them to take it back asking to self return and denying to refund my money back stating that it will be refunded in wallet of there site so that i can use it in future.
Who will want to buy from such a fake site again in future.?
Very bad experience......

I ordered for one saree which is worth of 1400 and received totally wrong product from this website
and received wrong product and unable to return the product since not getting the contact person.
Worst experience. Please do not purchase any product from this website. No one is responsible for this order and its a worst experience.

Dpl surat (Banarasstyle.com) is a fraud site. I ordered a saree on 30th may and received it on 3rd may. I was sent a piece which i did not order. On the site they have written that the material is silk but actually it is a third class fabric.
The site shows very good quality materials but disappoint the constomers with bad quality product.

Please take stern action against this site...

They have written on their site that they have an easy return policy. However, contact numbers provided on their website i.e. www.banarasstyle.com and [protected]...

I ordered for banaras saree worth 1290 and received a completely different item which is not worth more than 500. The item does not meet the description as mentioned in the website and i am trying to reach the support to resolve my concern but totally disappointed with the support and there is no response either. It's better to shutdown the website and put on maintenance rather than making sale without providing any support to the customer....

I have ordered a saree of 1250 rs worth from banarasstyle.com and once i received a saree it's so cheap and different.. Totally disappointed and i tried to return the item.. But no response from them.. They are fraud.. Doing all such things.. Displays good saree s and send something else with cheap quality s please take active with them.....

1. No option is available on website under the orders section
2. Return request raised on website under support section but no response
3. Sent multiple emails on help mail id but no response
4. None of the cc numbers is available/reachable

I have ordered a three silk sarees vide order no.[protected] dated 23/05/2019 and i got the parcel on 29th may after paying an amount of rs. 3690/-. While opening i was surprised to note that the they send a wrong product (An ordinary cotton saree worth less than rs.100/-) instead of the ordered (Silk saree) item. Immediately i send mail to the supplier. But no reply. I send reminders and tried to contact through phone....

I tried contacting them on the number provided but the number is not valid. There is no response to the various emails i sent. I even contacted them on facebook but no response....

We ordered a Green Coloured Soft Silk Saree through this website's advertisement on Facebook. But when we received the order, we instead found a Magenta Coloured Synthetic Saree in the packaging.

Such errors are not expected. Also, there are no contact details of this company called DPL, based in Surat with PIN Code 395003.
