My order number BS[protected] had a very poor quality of sarees and was not at all nearby which was shown in the pictures so I returned the sarees for which I had to pay the courier charges. I paid 1590 rupees.They gave me refund but the refund was in the form of reward points in their wallet which was 1390 rupees.They deducted 200 rupees on the name of "processing charges. "Which in all I lost me 200 rupees for courier charges and 200 rupees for their so called processing charges;which in all is 400 rupees due to their cheap quality material. Plus they don't know how to talk with customer and resolve customes issues. And the refurnd they gave me in their wallet from that I need to buy something from their site which I am sure that the product will also be of very cheap quality or else I have to loose my money. This is complete fraud.
