I have ordered a saree worth rs. 1150/- in banarasstyle.com through online. I have received a wrong product of low quality than the one mentioned in the image of the order. I have attached the image of received product and image shown in website.
I have initiated my return and still i didn't get any response. Their customer care service number is not reachable and address is not mentioned in website.
Please take necessary actions.

I ordered 2 saree of 2440 rs on cod.The product which I received is totally different .the saree might cost 300 rs max.quality is very poor.I mailed to them for refund..no one even acknowledging my mail.No one receiving the calls aswell.dont know how to recover my money back..can you please help me here.

I had ordered for light pink colour silk saree worth of 1190 from banarasstyle.com but I received dark blue coloured saree of very cheap quality.
My order no. is BS[protected], which I received on 23rd May2019 within a week of giving my order.
As the product is not the same as I had ordered for. Kindly return and refund the payment made for it.
