I purchased a saree from the website but received the wrong product. But now i am unable to return the product due to following reasons:
1. No option is available on website under the orders section
2. Return request raised on website under support section but no response
3. Sent multiple emails on help mail id but no response
4. None of the cc numbers is available/reachable
5. Raised the concern on facebook messenger too but no response.
Order number is bs[protected]
