Banarasstyle.com — sending a very cheap quality product

I have placed the order for combo 3 kurtas worth of 1390. Really i was surprised to see that quality and sizes. I called the people many times finally someone picked up and told me to send them back. I returned the product. They are not ready to give my money back. Again i have placed the order in wallet. Again they have sent very cheap quality product. Now am asking to refund my money but they are not ready for that.
